Entertaining
A decent movie if loneliness and desolation at sea are your jam. That’s exactly what I went in for, and that’s exactly what I got. It’s a great movie to watch on a big screen, as it made it very atmospheric. It’s slow-paced, and that’s what I tend to go for.

The script was really minimal and predictable, which was the main setback for me. They could have made the dialogue less dry, and it’s hard to believe that being stuck together for that long they still haven’t decided on any in-jokes. We also don’t get a sense of who they are as people, I think it really focussed on what was happening in the moment.

All in all, a very decent watch and gives you exactly what you need if the whole “stuck alone with anxiety and tensions at sea” is what you’re into.

Four actors, two hours, well done
I am glad that there are still movies done with just few actors, which can still show that this is far enough to make an interesting movie.

This is a weird movie. Not everyone’s taste. But I did not understood how two hours passed. There are just four actors involved, everything happens in just one place and yet somehow this is enough. This is a scifi military thriller. I enjoyed it from begining to the end.

Music is fine, camera work is fine, actors are fine, story is interesting. What is not to like? Kudos with whoever came-up with the idea.

And there are nice visual effects on top of that.

Fact is, everything in this movie is simple, a bit weird, well dosed and yet everything fits really well.

I enjoyed it, but it is not everybody’s taste.
